The only reason it is 4 and not 5 star is due to an order picking problem with wrong dress arriving. Christina in customer service ended up resolving this for me. Christina's service and above and beyond assistance was amazing. The correct dress arrived, I have it for my daugthers wedding and the dress is perfect.

The delivery time was great, fastest than I expected being in Spain. My only shock was the import duty from the Spanish side which was almost 60% of the order total

The delivery was late. I contacted the costumer service and they just told me I needed to wait. I payed for the express shipping, so that answer was not reasonable. On top of that, in the email i got from the costumer service, they say that if I try to resend another email my delivery was going to get even more delayed.unacceptable. And very dissapointed.

originally purchase my size which was in stock to be told a couple days later i would get refunded as it was out of stock. probably 2 weeks later i saw a Small was available and read their size guide (which is completely off) and bought it. it came, it is massive and the material is cheap. would not recommend.

Terrible. Incorrect item was sent and when I emailed to let them know, the response I received just directed me to the returns portal. I was instructed to print off a returns label, repackage and post it. It was explained that only when the incorrect item was received back at the warehouse would the correct item be sent or the refund processed. When I questioned this, I was told it was just the process.

I purchased a dress for a wedding, and it took lo ger than usual to be shipped. I emailed customer service and they shipped it and it arrived the morning of! Stressful but so happy it worked out

Online ordering was a breeze and the dress took about close to maybe 2 weeks to get to me, but I'd say that's more due to all the bad weather we've had recently here.

I’m in the UK and I ordered a dress on the Wednesday only for it to arrive on the Monday! Incredibly impressed with the speedy service, I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

You changed your delivery dates after I placed my order and then didn’t acknowledge the email I sent prior to sending the shirt which due to your delay wasn’t going to arrive in time.
Guarantees mean nothing when they do not eventuate.
