"Colors were true to the photos"
The colors looked really close to what was shown in the pictures, which was a nice surprise. If you’re trying to match this with something you already have, I’d say the photos are a reliable guide.

"Cute, but the stitching could be better"
I really wanted to love this because it’s super cute and looked great at first, but I was a bit disappointed after wearing it once. Some of the seams already started coming loose, so I’m kind of torn, nice design, but the quality didn’t quite hold up.

"Exchange was easier than I expected"
I had to swap my dress for a different size, from what I remember of past exchanges with other stores, I was expecting it to be a hassle. But this was simple. The team got back to me quickly and clearly explained what I needed to do. The new size arrived without any issues and fits so much better. Overall, it was a really smooth experience.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the main thing I cared about was getting the right items, and that part went smoothly. Everything I ordered showed up in the correct sizes, and nothing was missing, which I appreciated. The packaging was fine too, no real complaints there. Shipping did feel a bit slower than I expected, but since the order itself was correct and arrived without any issues, it was still a good overall experience.

I got a dress from Runaway The Label and was a little worried the sizing would be off, because that kind of always happens to me even when I measure properly. But I just went with my usual size after checking the chart, and somehow it actually fit the way I thought it would.
The waist wasn’t doing that annoying tight thing, which is usually where dresses feel weird on me. So I guess the sizing is true, at least for this one dress, which probably means I’d order the same size again. Overall I’m happy with it

"Cute items, but the shipping dragged on"
The stuff I ordered was really cute, so I was happy with that part. But the shipping took way longer than I expected, and the whole process kind of had that “no real person there” feeling when I was waiting for updates...

The dresses are really cute and the photos definitely make everything look tempting, the descriptions are decent too. I just had a hard time figuring out what the fit would actually be like, and what the fabric might feel like in person. Some pieces look almost nicer in the pics than I expected maybe. Overall the styles are good, I just wish there were more details and more reviews on the site

I actually really liked what I got from Runaway The Label. The fit was good and everything looked pretty much like the photos, which is always a relief when ordering online. The one thing I remember weirdly clearly is opening the package while eating toast and getting crumbs everywhere, so that’s on me. My only real complaint is the international shipping was more than I expected, so the total ended up being a bit pricier. Still happy with the order overall, I just wish the shipping was cheaper

I’ll admit, I was half expecting the package to show up a bit banged up, but my order from Runaway The Label actually arrived in really good condition. The bag wasn’t ripped or squashed, and the clothes were folded neatly inside. I don’t really have anything to complain about here, it looked like it had been packed with care...

They do have some really cute styles, I’ll give them that. A few of the dresses are a little too “influencer of the week” for my taste, but maybe that’s the point. The site was easy enough to browse, which was nice, because apparently finding something simple shouldn’t be an accomplishment, but here we are

I ordered this for an event, and in my experience, the delivery process was stressful. It showed up late, the tracking barely updated, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t feel like they were much help. it was really annoying.

"Cute dress, but the fabric was just okay"
I ordered a dress from Runaway The Label the style was super cute!! It looked really nice on and I liked the fit, but the fabric felt a little thinner than I was expecting. I’ll still wear it because it’s definitely not bad, but for the price I just thought the material would feel a bit more premium. Shipping was totally fine, I’m just not completely sold on the fabric.

"Extremely disappointed !!"
Extremely disappointed with the service! A product I ordered is terrible quality and fabric! Let alone the quality of the product being so poor, they have been extremely unhelpful in resolving the issue with either a return or replacement item. To pay $150 for a product that is far from acceptable is not okay.

"Not worth the money"
I had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order from Dubai and was shocked by the poor quality of the item. On top of that, I paid extra for delivery, and they don’t accept returns—only offer store credit. My total was $150, but if I wanted to return it, I’d only get $100 in store credit and would have to pay an additional $40 for return shipping.
In the end, returning the item costs more than it’s worth. Their customer service was extremely difficult to deal with, and the product quality is far below expectations. Honestly, it’s not worth the money, and I strongly advise against ordering from them.
